The brief
Mobilize 2.0 was a bi-national transformation team. An intense, high speed change management unit tasked with a foundational overhaul of a huge organization with 11,000+ employees and 110,000 volunteers in two countries. High impact communications in two languages were essential to the M2 mission and in an ever-changing landscape they needed an agency that produces excellence on-time and under pressure. They chose Areopagus.
At one point we were working on 24 videos, a website rebuild, a dozen+ documents, reports, newsletters, copywriting, social media inventory and advising on strategy. It was a challenging, invigorating 18 months.
