Bring to life twenty capabilities in five domains. Transform somewhat dry information into moments of engagement. Make it work online, on social and for in-person workshops.
Don’t deviate from the principles of the LEADS Leadership Framework. Still, robe it all in familiar organizational culture.
PROJECT ELEMENTS
Develop characters and story lines. Ensure concepts of diversity mesh with corporate culture. Commission artist. Script writing and image matching. Scans and animation. Music selection, narration and timing. Video editing and mastering. All this with a dispersed team working in four provinces. Sweat, laughter, intensity and fun.
